▍Key Responsibilities
User Journey Design and Optimization:
• Develop and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to guide users through a tailored journey with AlfredCamera, from initial app install to active usage and subscription conversion.
• Identify and design key touchpoints across the customer journey—such as onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement—ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to personalize messaging and optimize the timing of communications based on user behavior, enhancing each interaction’s impact.
Campaign Execution and Management:
• Create and manage campaigns across multiple channels, including in-app messages, email, push notifications, and SMS, to reach users at the right moment with relevant content.
• Write compelling, clear, and concise copy tailored to each stage of the user lifecycle, enhancing engagement and driving conversions.
• Utilize A/B testing and other data-driven methods to experiment with messaging, timing, and segmentation, continuously refining campaigns to improve performance.
Customer Insights and Analytics:
• Analyze user engagement, campaign performance, and retention data to understand behavior patterns and optimize lifecycle marketing efforts.
• Segment audiences based on behavior, demographics, and app usage patterns to deliver personalized experiences that resonate with distinct user groups.
• Work closely with the Customer Support and Product teams to identify and address common pain points, providing feedback that helps improve the overall app experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Partner with the Product, Content, and Design teams to ensure that all lifecycle marketing materials are visually aligned with brand standards and clearly communicate product value.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to turn user feedback into actionable marketing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; preference given to native speakers or individuals with significant experience living in an English-speaking country.
• Ability to create clear, persuasive, and engaging copy that drives conversions at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
• Skilled in managing CRM to organize customer data, segment audiences, and execute targeted campaigns that enhance engagement and retention.
• Strongly Preferred: Experience working with mobile apps or SaaS products, with a deep understanding of retention and engagement strategies in these environments.
