▍About this role
At AlfredCamera, you will assume the role of a Quality Guardian, focusing on quality to collaborate with teams in enhancing service availability, reliability, and stability. With a user-centric approach, we aim to deliver high-quality products to tens of millions of users worldwide. We expect you to bring insightful execution and act as a cooperative bridge between teams, helping the product delivery team explore more efficient methods. This will ensure peace of mind for our millions of users.
As a Project Quality Guardian, we expect you to:
• Demonstrate IC traits to share the team's workload, optimizing testing resources.
• Specialize in test refactoring, responsible for the overall system refactoring test plan, balancing business and automation transformation, and improving overall service test coverage.
• Experience in expanding automation frameworks, and refining current frameworks with more flexible and effective approaches to streamline collaboration within the team.
• Integrate open-source testing solutions and visualize test results via new test technologies, proposing enhanced testing workflows to enhance the organization's commitment to software quality.
▍Responsibility
• Maintain existing automation testing solutions for AlfredCamera.
• Expand automation frameworks to ignite innovative technical discussions within the team.
• Explore and experiment with new testing technologies to integrate advancements and continuously enhance the technical depth and breadth of the testing team.
• 具備 2 年以上軟體測試經驗：API/App/Web，熟悉軟體測試領域的知識與方法論，能獨立負責測試規劃與執行
• 具備 2 年以上自動化開發經驗：API/App/Web
• 熟悉程式語言包含但不局限：C/C++/Java/Python/JavaScript
• 熟悉至少 2 種自動化框架：Appium/Selenium/Pytest Framework/Robot Framework
• 資訊、資工、資管相關科系畢業或具同等的工作經驗
• 具備良好的溝通和團隊合作能力
• 主動且積極的態度，對於新技術與新工具有實驗的精神，並能落地取得成果
• 具備測試相關專案的領導與管理經驗
• 具備軟硬整合、監控攝影機或串流相關的測試經驗
• 具備設置與維護 CI/CD 系統的經驗 (Jenkins, Github)
