Our app turns unused smartphones into surveillance cameras, providing a sustainable and user-friendly security option. We are seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to spearhead our growth initiatives and elevate our brand to new heights. 

 ▍Position Overview  

The primary job objective of a Growth Marketing Specialist is to enhance product sales. This involves strategically positioning the product in the market, effectively communicating its value to target customers, and optimizing the sales process to increase revenue and market share. 

 ▍Key Responsibilities  

Our marketing team is subdivided into two main teams: Sales and Acquisition. Depending on your skills, interests, and the current needs of the team, we will place you in the team that fits best to ensure optimal performance and personal growth.  

Acquisition Team
The Acquisition Team focuses on developing strategies to attract new quality users to AlfredCamera. Key responsibilities include:
• Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers to boost brand awareness and user engagement.
• Online Advertising: Create and manage online ad campaigns to reach potential users effectively.
• Social Media and Community Management: Manage our social media presence and engage with the community to build a loyal user base.
• App Store Optimization (ASO): Optimize the app store listing to improve visibility and downloads.
• Content Creation: Produce engaging content that attracts and retains users.
• User-Generated Content (UGC) Collection: Encourage and curate content created by our users.  

Sales Team
The Sales Team focuses on increasing the lifetime value of our existing user base by converting free users to paid subscribers and upselling our hardware cameras. Key responsibilities include:
• User Journey Mapping: Design and optimize the customer journey to improve user experience and conversions.
• In-App Communication: Develop and implement strategies for effective in-app messaging and notifications.
• Paywall Design: Create and optimize paywall systems to encourage subscriptions. (Including promotion, retention, upsell, and win-back strategies.)
• Sales Campaign and Promotions Design: Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Customer Relationship and CRM: Manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, utilizing CRM tools to analyze customer interactions and data, streamline processes, and ensure effective client management.

The listed key responsibilities provide a general idea of tasks, which are distributed among different team members, and we will customize the position to your profile and our current needs.

• English Fluency: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.
• Experience with SaaS Products: Demonstrated experience in selling and acquiring customers for SaaS-type products.
• International Marketing Experience: Experience in international markets is preferred.
• Copywriting Skills: Ability to communicate product value effectively through persuasive copywriting.
• Product Strategy Skills: Skills in product pricing, positioning, communicating unique selling propositions, and designing product sales combinations.
• Market and Consumer Insight: Ability to understand the market and consumer thoughts through various methods, including the skill to effectively segment customers to tailor marketing and sales strategies.
• Data Analysis: Strong skills in data analysis and the ability to quantify results.
• Learning from Case Studies: Ability to deconstruct, analyze, and learn from case studies independently.
