【What you’ll be doing】
-Lead Scrum team members to deliver projects on time.
-Working with scrum team members using Scrum methodology.
-Be responsible for clear and consistent communication on project updates and impacts on the development progress.
-Assist in scheduling and facilitating scrum meetings, documenting & publishing meeting minutes, and reviewing tasks & deliverables.
-Assist in organizing and tracking project risks, issues, action items, and decisions.
-Assist in creation of project status and project development flow.
-Assist in managing customized projects from Enterprise Customers.
-Communicate across Product Managers, Business Development, Account Managers and Customer Success team to support the delivery of project plans of Enterprise customized projects.
-Prepares and updates project schedules/ documentations to team members, management level, and enterprise customers.

條件要求

【What Are we looking for?】
-University graduate with at least 2 year of relevant working experience. Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration degree are preferred.
-Previous experience in Agile software development and client management is preferred.
-Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
-Ability to manage independently in a dynamic environment with rapid development cycles, multifunctional teams and tight project timeframes.
-Hands-on experience and certain background in web software engineering.
-Must have strong logical and systematic mind set and the ability to think ways to improve the process and provide effective system solutions.
-Curious and willing to learn new project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
-Excellent organizational and time management skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight timeline
-Strong experience in reporting project status to management.
