工作內容

- Have the know-how on user acquisition channels for GMA to execute the most relevant user acquisition plan in different cities of Asia;

- ROI-driven. Manage user acquisition, creative creation, and budget allocation to yield the best ROI;

- Very sensitive to numbers. track the effectiveness of user acquisition campaigns and implement continuous improvements and optimization;

- Develop content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement and high-quality leads (incl. content development, distribution, and measurement) in HK, TW, MY and potential new markets

- Management of content calendar and channels incl. social channels & email distribution.

- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.

Bonus:

- Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company.

- Conduct keyword research, content auditing, content gap analysis, SEO forecasts and link building activities

* Due to the scope and cross-functional nature of this role, we’re looking for an experienced marketing leader who has a passion for many aspects of marketing. Including:

* A strong understanding of performance marketing channels (Fb & Google), web analytics & attribution.

* Capable of building a content marketing machine to drive inbound leads.

* Ability to track the data & have detailed conversations regarding analytics and metrics while balancing with consumer and creative insight.

* 2 - 5 years of marketing/product growth/performance marketing experience, with team-leading experience.

* Enjoy working in a small & vibrant team. Could communicate with teammate remotely.

* Proficient in both English & Mandarin.

* At least 2-year experience of either growth, performance marketing, content marketing or inbound marketing

Bonus

*Strong knowledge of on page & off page SEO, link building, newest SEO best practices, search ranking and optimization factors, SEO metrics, data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.

- A personal history of blogging and publishing your thoughts online (esp. on the topics of Growth, Marketing, Data, Innovation, Business L&D etc.)

- Great knowledge of email marketing"

薪資範圍

NT$ 35,000 - 55,000 (月薪)
