| About the role |

We're seeking a Business Development Manager to find new platform partnership opportunities, manage existing strategic partnerships, and oversee day-to-day activities of shippers to drive business growth for Ally Transport!

| What you will do |

▸ ­­Envision business development strategies to achieve Ally Transport's business objectives.
構想商務發展策略,達成艾立運能業務目標。

▸ ­­Manage the relationship with strategic partners.
管理並維繫與合作夥伴的關係。

▸ ­­Develop and drive partnership strategy, collaborating with Product, Business Operations, Engineering, and Data, including opportunity sizing and resource prioritization.
制定並推動合作策略,與產品、營運、工程和數據部門合作,包括外部機會評估和資源整合。

 

條件要求

| Who you are |

▸ Demonstrated strong business development skills, capable of formulating and executing business strategies and maintaining client relationships.
具備良好的商務開發能力,­­能夠制定並執行業務策略和維繫客戶關係。

▸ ­­Possess excellent communication skills and negotiation tactics.
具備良好的溝通能力與談判技巧。

▸ ­­Proactive and resourceful, capable of finding solutions in uncertain and ambiguous situations.
積極主動,能在不確定、模糊的情境下找出解決方案。

 

加分條件

| What we are looking for |

▸ ­­3+ years of Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnership experience.
擁有3年以上的銷售、業務拓展或戰略合作夥伴經驗。
