<你需要做的是>
In charge of daily EC operations, including: product/category management, inventory management, logistic & financial operations, collaborate with customer service team to solve issues customer raised.
Cooperate & deal with suppliers to maintain the business relationship.
Monitoring & analyze online sales performance, customer behaviors to drive insightful strategy.
Collaborate with internal cross-function teams & external 3rd-party partners，to setup SOP and continuously improve efficiency
負責日常電商維運：包含產品/品類管理與上下架、庫存管理、物流及財務流程、並與客戶服務合作處理客服案件
維繫供應商良好合作關係
監控、分析銷售狀況與用戶行為，發起策略行動
協調跨部門與外部夥伴合作，建立營運流程並持續改善、提升營運效率
<我們希望你擁有>
At least 2 years of experience in Cosmetics/Fashion/FMCG industry, have in-depth understanding in E-Commerce domain.
Solid/hands-on experience in E-Commerce operations & sales
Exceptional interpersonal & coordination skills
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
兩年以上 美妝/時尚/快消品產業經驗，深入了解電商產業知識
扎實電商運營與銷售經驗
良好的人際溝通與協調技巧
具數據分析邏輯及工具應用能力

Business level English is a plus
Experience in Google Analytics or E-mail marketing tool is a plus
