Greenpeace綠色和平現正招聘【數位行銷主任Digital Marketing Coordinator】一位，我們很需要有熱誠的你！

數位行銷主任將負責協助綠色和平環境專案在台灣的線上推廣，並把綠色和平的環保議題透過數位媒體、社群平台、網站、顧客關係工具...等推廣到大眾，凝聚更多公眾力量！ 

 

1. 具3-5年以上數位行銷企劃工作經驗 (有管理經驗為佳)

2. 具社群行銷/網站經營、內容企劃、行銷活動策劃及執行相關實務經驗。

3. 能熟練操作數位行銷工具及顧客關係系統 (e.g. 各社群頻道後臺, Google Analytics, fanpage karma, salesforce, marketing cloud…)，並具備數據資料分析建議能力。

4. 有經驗統籌與執行數位行銷廣告素材規劃、文案撰寫、投放及服務成效追蹤與分析 (如：FB、IG、Line、Youtube、GA、SEO等)，可設定具體量化目標。

5.  能制定維繫綠色和平支持者關係的經營策略，了解使用者歷程(Journey Map)的建立細節，提高支持者在組織與環境專案中的留存率，並定期針對Journey Map去做優化與分析。

6. 深入了解目標群眾，打造多角化內容，並應用於線上傳播素材與Journey Map

7. 具獨立解決問題能力，跨部門溝通協調能力。

8. 良好的英語溝通能力（口語、聽力、寫作和閱讀）

9. 理解並認同綠色和平的行動理念，願意一起為環境發聲!

 

1. More than 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing planning (If have management experience is preferred)

2. Have relevant practical experience in social marketing/website management, content planning, marketing campaign planning and execution.

3. Be proficient in operating digital marketing & customer relationship tools (e.g. backends of various social channels, Google Analytics, fanpage karma, salesforce, marketing cloud...), and have the ability to analyze and suggest data.

4. Experienced in coordinating and executing digital marketing creative planning, copywriting, delivery and service performance tracking and analysis (such as: FB, IG, Line, Youtube, GA, SEO, etc.), and can set specific quantitative goals.

5. Be able to develop business strategies to maintain the relationship between Greenpeace supporters, understand the details of the establishment of the supporter journey, and regularly optimize and analyze the journey map.

6. Deeply understand the target audience and capable create diversified content, for  online communication materials and journey map

7. Ability to independently solve problems, cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.

8. Good English communication skills (spoken, listening, writing and reading)

9. Understand and agree with Greenpeace’s philosophy of action, and are willing to speak for the environment!
