【 About the role 】

Tomofun is seeking an HR Director who will partner closely with all teams across our growing organization. The focus of this role is to facilitate, coach and influence the business as we scale and evolve to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things. At Tomofun, our vision and culture shapes who we are and how we operate. We need someone who is just as passionate about the culture as they are about their core responsibilities as an HR Leader. The ideal candidate is a thinker and a builder -- someone who can come in with a willingness and an ability to plan and build HR systems and processes from the ground up. You will own and heavily influence everything from organizational planning, recruitment to compensation and benefits, performance management and employee development.

 

【 What you'll do 】

  • Partner with the Senior Leadership team to ensure culture and organization alignment to the vision and business goals.
  • Provide consultative advice with the management team on a variety of HR and business-related issues, both strategic and operational.
  • Develop HR strategies and programs to support the achievement of business objectives and desired organizational culture.
  • Drive HR programs, processes and policies and provide support for all employees.
  • Lead HR team to ensure a great workplace for employees.

條件要求

【 Who you are 】

  •  10+ years of experience in the HR field preferred in the technology industry.
  • Able to persuade and influence effectively at multiple levels of an organization, strong teamwork and proven skills communicating effectively, and relationship management through understanding of the environment and needs.
  • Solid knowledge and experience of HR management components such as talent acquisition, L&D, compensation, performance management, change leadership and organizational design.
  • Strong passion and understanding of organizational culture and capable of nurturing and strengthening the culture.
  • Open minded and willing to try new and innovative way to optimize HR processes and operations and employee engagement.
  • Go where the problems are, ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in an agile environment.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Is an analytical, data driven and strategic thinker.

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
