・Evaluate best course of action for RMA items to include in house or vendor solutions
・Manage all global logistics activities aligned with business priorities and strategies
・Meet or exceed expectations by upholding strict quality standards, efficient processing, continuous oversight for shipments in transit and clear communication until delivery.
・Develop/implement process and system enhancements to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer service levels
・Manage global logistics providers to ensure performance meets expectations and costs are within budget
・The position is a 1-year contract, opportunity to transfer to full time employee with good performance

【 Who you are 】
・Bachelor’s Degree required - preferably in Supply Chain related field
・3+ years experience in global shipping and logistics
・Work smart. Has the ability to process lots of data, do accurate analysis and deploy learnings into action w/o delay. Take a structured and strategic approach to opportunities and issues.
・Excellent understanding of the concepts of business process measurement, including On Time shipment and delivery, carrier utilization, and lead time.
・Sense of urgency: A high level of motivation, discipline mindset, and self-starting capability required to achieve aggressive expectations.
・Outstanding communication skills. Proven track record of effectively collaborating with supply chain functions and company stakeholders
