【About the role】
Do you LOVE dogs and dream of working alongside puppies all day? Are you passionate about influencing the world through digital marketing? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for Paid Acquisition responsible for driving growth in our paid channels. You have strong domain knowledge of digital advertising platforms, understand how to develop and execute winning strategies while rolling your sleeves up tactically. You will work closely with the country marketing team and be expected to set up tests and launch targeted campaigns on a global scale.If you’re someone who is comfortable in an “all hands on deck” environment, have a passion for pets and technology, and can thrive in startup culture — then read on!
【What you’ll do】
・Oversee a multi-million dollar paid media budget, determine the right investment allocation by channels to drive maximum results, and localize efforts across all major markets
・Define the global paid media strategy and channel mix to optimize media budgets, creative execution and achieve campaign objectives
・Define and deliver on objectives and key results, meeting Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) targets to acquire customers at a profitable cost
・Set up test plans to continuously drive ads efficiency
・Analyze global and local market nuances and build scalable solutions to address needs
・Share key learnings across regional marketing teams to accelerate growth and replicate success worldwide

【Who you are】
・5+ years of relevant work experience at advertising or marketing agencies and experience managing digital media buying for consumer brands
・In-depth knowledge of major digital media channels, with a proven track record in ad buying and tracking, DSP partners, behavioral/audience targeting and paid social for top-of-funnel awareness and performance goals
・Expertise in Facebook and Amazon advertising is a big plus
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions and a passion for continuous testing and optimization
・Agile and able to adapt quickly. Can operate in a high growth business where change is constant and flexibility is key to ensure success for the greater team
・Ability to foster an environment for cross-departmental collaboration
